About Us

GCOM Technologies Co. Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise invested and established by Futong Group.

GCOM focuses on the R&D of broadband access and broadband applications, provides broadband access products and network applications based on IP networks, and provides customers with personalized solutions. GCOM currently has more than 200 employees, 80% of whom have the bachelor degree or above. Nearly 80 people are engaged in the research and development of broadband network products, and about 50 people are engaged in marketing and customer service.

At present, GCOM has 20 offices and 24 customer service centers across the country, and has established a comprehensive customer service and technical support system covering the country, serving customers in many industries such as telecom, Unicom, mobile, government departments and educational institutions.

Production Capacity

GCOM’s products are manufactured by professional OEM factory, with dozens of advanced SMT production lines, an annual production capacity of 30 million ports, and more than 30 million terminals operating online .

Service & Support

GCOM provides customers with a full range of after-sales service and technical support, and strives to create value for customers. GCOM has established a complete service and support system, with a well-trained team of engineers, providing on-site technical support, remote maintenance, remote telephone support (24 hours * 7 days), technical support website and other services. GCOM has a first-level spare parts warehouse in Shenzhen, and a second-level spare parts center in important areas to radiate the surrounding areas. GCOM provides customers with various levels of technical training, regularly visits or calls users to inquire about the operation of the equipment, and establishes complete user and technical documents.
